My name is Ivone Pedra, and I recently completed my Bachelor of Education in the Primary and Junior Divisions from the University of Ontario Institute of Technology (UOIT).  I  have an additional basic qualification in Intermediate Health and Physical Education and an additional qualification in Special Education (Part I).

I believe that preparing myself with the necessary knowledge is essential in providing students with the most innovative, and up-to-date teaching practices. Furthering my own learning will help me gain valuable insight as to the learning styles of students and it will also prepare me to work in a variety of areas in education.
